Town Hub is a nature ventilated community shopping centre located at new PIK 2 extension development. The landscape design proposal aims to bring in a Mediterranean landscape spirit into the development duet to the proximity close to the sea and vast land area. The plants are curated based on its suitability of maintenance, water requirement and sunshade. From the frontage to the courtyard, the consistency of hardscape and softscape design is curated with purpose to create a unique community retail experience.
