Located within the extension area of Mövenpick Resort Jimbaran, Suwarga Garden expands the hotel experience into an outdoor landscape. The garden brings together open lawns, water features, planting and existing trees to support different activities and occasions.
Opening the Garden to the Resort
The soft opening marked an important step for Suwarga Garden. The garden is now accessible as part of the hotel experience, while several finishing touches continue ahead of the grand opening.
The opening ceremony began with a ribbon cutting, followed by a sitewalk through the Wedding Garden and Wedding Pond. Guests also experienced a cultural performance before the event concluded with a group photo.

From Design to Built Landscape
The garden responds closely to its site conditions. The design retains mature trees and integrates them into the landscape. New planting adds further layers and helps shape different spaces across the garden.
Water also plays an active role in the landscape. The water features contribute to passive cooling while adding movement, sound and visual depth to the garden.
Flexible outdoor spaces allow the landscape to support different activities. The open lawns, Pavilion and surrounding garden areas can accommodate gatherings, recreation, performances and seasonal activities.

A Garden Beginning to Be Experienced
The soft opening marks a new phase for Suwarga Garden. The landscape is now moving from design and construction into use, as guests and the resort begin to experience the spaces firsthand.
With final touch-ups continuing ahead of the grand opening, Suwarga Garden is beginning to take its place within the wider resort experience.
