A Living Landscape of Seasons
Set along the banks of the Cisadane River, Layton Navapark reimagines residential living through the rhythm of nature. Inspired by the four seasons, each landscape zone brings its own color, light, and mood. Within one continuous neighborhood, families find space to live with nature, connect, and grow together outdoors.

Translating Seasons into Daily Life
The riverside location offered both beauty and complexity, a need to balance ecological resilience with livable comfort. By interpreting the seasons through planting palettes and spatial atmosphere, the landscape transforms an ordinary residential environment into one that evolves with time, fostering sensory engagement and community connection.

A Neighborhood with Garden of Four Seasons
The concept unfolds through a Garden of Four Seasons, where nature becomes a living canvas for daily life. Each zone expresses a distinct character: the Summer Terrace welcomes with open gardens and courtyards; the Autumn Meadow gathers warmth through pavilions and soft-toned trees; the River Theatre overlooks the water in calm reflection; and the Spring Garden blooms with color and light. A network of green belts, boulevards, and nodes ties the neighborhood together, creating spaces for play, leisure, and friendship. Through its sensory journey, color, scent, texture, Layton invites residents to live within the rhythm of changing seasons, where landscape and life gently intertwine.

Every path, garden, and pavilion was designed to encourage movement and connection, quietly shape the daily rituals, memories, and bonds of the community. A neighborhood that grows with its people, alive through time, and deeply attuned to nature’s changing moods.
